AI admissions line for treatment centers
Every admissions call answered. Day or night.
Intelligent Admit picks up on the first ring with a natural voice, learns what’s going on, checks insurance against your list and warm-transfers the caller to whoever is on call. Nights, weekends and holidays included.
The demo answers as Jordan at Pacific Shore Recovery, a fictional center. Try it in English or Spanish.

Answers like a person
“Pacific Shore Recovery, this is Jordan. Heads up, the call’s recorded. What’s going on?” Your center’s name and your coordinator’s name.
Gets the details
Who the call is for, what’s going on, substance, safety right now, where they are and their insurance.
Checks insurance
Against the list of plans you take, so callers know early whether you can work with their plan.
Hands off to your team
Texts your on-call rep the details, then warm-transfers the caller.
Books the callback
If nobody picks up, it promises a callback and texts your rep, so the lead is never lost.
Follows up by text
Texts the caller your number and next step, and answers their texts in the same voice.

Built for treatment
Careful where it has to be.
Admissions calls are some of the hardest calls people ever make. These lines don’t move.
- Never confirms that anyone is or was a patient
- Never quotes benefits or makes up a dollar figure
- Never pretends to be human when someone asks
- Never hangs up on someone in crisis. It gives 988 or 911 and gets a person on the line.
- Never signs, consents or verifies identity for anyone

Questions
Good questions.
Does it work with the number we already have?
Yes. Get a new local number during setup, or forward your existing admissions number to it.
What if nobody on our team is available?
It tells the caller someone will call back, books the callback and texts your on-call rep the details. The caller gets a text with your number too.
Can callers tell it’s AI?
It sounds natural, and if a caller asks whether they’re talking to a real person, it says honestly that it’s an automated assistant for your center.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. It switches to Spanish when the caller does.
Is it HIPAA-ready?
A business associate agreement is available, and the voice platform and the phone carrier each operate under one. Calls are recorded, and the line says so at the start of every call.
What does it cost?
$499 a month for one center and one line, with no minute limit (fair use applies). No setup fee, no contract.
